Stephania O’Neill has been on the Board of Homicide Survivors since 2014. Stephania was a professor at the University of Cincinnati and Oakland University of Michigan. She was the Chief Operating Officer of To Our Health, a wellness organization , the Chief Executive Officer of Scottsdale Prevention Institute, the Director of SAMHSA’s Center for Substance Abuse Prevention, Specialist to the Administrator of Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration, Chief Executive Officer of Compass Behavioral Healthcare, Chief Executive Officer of Moving Organizations Ahead (a management, consulting and technical assistance organization) and Director of Children and Family Services at La Frontera Center. She is an experienced therapist, teacher, and federal grant reviewer. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from St. Joseph’s College in Maryland and her Master’s Degree from Oakland University in Michigan.
